Barone Ricasoli Castello di Brolio Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 2020

Grape Varietals & Region:100% Sangiovese from Chianti Classico, Italy. This flagship wine was created from a meticulous selection of estate-grown grapes from the three most representative soils in Brolio: Macigno del Chianti (sandstone), Scaglia Toscana (Galestro), Monte Morello (Alberese).

Taste Profile:Ruby red color with slight garnet hues. Red fruits on the nose, violet floral hints and light toasted scents. Soft at first taste, then large and voluminous. The balanced acidity and tannin give this grand vin a considerably persistent and harmonious finish

Winemaking Process:Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with 14-16 days of skin contact. It then ages for 22 months in tonneaux of 500lt of which 30% new oak and 70% of second passage.
