Barone Ricasoli Castello di Brolio Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2021

Grape Varietals & Region:100% Sangiovese from Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, Italy. The fruit comes from selected vineyards with the most representative soils of Brolio – Macigno del Chianti (sandstone), Scaglia Toscana (Galestro), Monte Morello (Alberese), Marine Deposit (sandy deposits and clay at deeper levels) and Ancient Fluvial Terrace (silty deposits with clay).

Taste Profile:Ruby red color. On the nose, distinct aroma of wild red fruit and black cherry, with light spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth, harmonious, with soft tannin and elegant acidity. Robust and pleasurable finish

Winemaking Process: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with 14-16 days of skin contact. The wine ages for 18 months in tonneaux of first and second passage.
