Taste Profile: Lively, dark ruby color. Profound, typical varietal aromas of blueberries, tobacco, milk chocolate, and toasted bread. It displays full body, medium-high tannin content, nice softness, and homogeneity in the taste. Persistent and tender aftertaste.

Winemaking Process:After a manual harvest, the fruit is destemmed & macerates in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, and ages in French oak for 12 months, of which 50% is new
