An artisanal celebration of tradition, BiancaVignas 2023 Sui Lieviti Prosecco offers vivid white peach and ripe pear framed by a distinct, savory brioche character. Dry, elegant, and texturally lifted by its natural lees contact, its both expressive and sophisticated.
Hailing from the historic Conegliano hills in Veneto, this Prosecco honors the “vin col fondo” tradition. The gently pressed Glera undergoes a soft press, static decant, and controlled-temperature fermentation. Once bottled, the wine continues fermentingwith lees left in the bottle, producing its signature cloudy appearance and earthy depth. It ages in bottle for about 3 months before release.
Aroma & Flavor: Fragrant and invitingwhite peach and pear lead the way, followed by distinctive bready and yeasty nuances on both the nose and palate.
Texture & Finish: Dry and crisp, with expressive mouthfeel and fresh acidity that keeps it bright and focused. The lees contribute delightful complexity and depth.
