Moment of Silence 2023 is a Chenin Blanc-led blend from Wellington bush vines, with small portions of Chardonnay and Viognier. Whole clusters were pressed, fermented naturally in amphorae, concrete eggs and seasoned French oak, then aged eight months on lees. Expect citrus blossom, ripe pear and stone fruit aromas, layered with lemon zest, mango creaminess, subtle spice, and a lingering saline-mineral finish.
