Grape Varietals & Region:100% Tempranillo from the single vineyard of El Puntido in Paganos, Laguardia. Planted in 1975, the fruit grows on poor clay-limestone soils and sandstone subsoils

Taste Profile: Cherry red colour with ruby tones. Intense aromas reminiscent of espresso, clove and bitter chocolate. Pleasant texture on the palate supported by balsamic acidity and fi rm tannins. Long, savoury finish.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is destemmed and undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel, where it ages for 28 months in new French oak barrels
