Over 200 years ago, an ancient Roman settlement called CARE made the first grape juices in Aragon. The city of Carinena today, sits on the same land as this Roman settlement, upon which is the origin of Garnacha. Located in Carinena DO, Bodegas Care was setup in 2000 by the Aragonese families Daz and Lzaro, who came together to produce contemporary Mediterranean wines. Taste Profile: Wine of cherry red color, clean and bright appearance. The nose has a medium intensity with clean and powerful aromas. Strong varietal character in which black fruit and floral aromas are mixed with toasted and spiced notes from the oak aging. On the palate the wine has a soft attack, wide. Persistent finish with a good freshness.
