Over 200 years ago, an ancient Roman settlement called CARE made the first grape juices in Aragon. The city of Carinena today, sits on the same land as this Roman settlement, upon which is the origin of Garnacha. Located in Carinena DO, Bodegas Care was setup in 2000 by the Aragonese families Daz and Lzaro, who came together to produce contemporary Mediterranean wines.
