Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano from a blend of vineyards in La Rioja, coming from bush vines averaging over 30 years old.

Taste Profile:Very intense, with a dark cherry background and a powerful red rim. Aromas of black fruit, marked by plum & mineral sensations. Sweet spices of cloves and cinnamon, with notes of cocoa, dark chocolate and the memory of the earth. Great feeling of fullness, impeccable balance and enormous elegance

Winemaking Process:Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. In 50% brand new and 50% second use, French oak barrels. 16 months in barrel and 20 months cellaring in bottle
