The vineyards are located within the Bullas Designation of Origin, a land whose relationship with wine is ancient, with finds dating back more than 2,600 years. Monastrell is the native variety and therefore the majority in this denomination.

Taste Profile:A nose that will captivate you, sweet with notes of caramel, pastries and a menthol base. Smooth, fine and elegant entry.
Winemaking Process:The production is very traditional and 50% of destemmed grapes are mixed with whole bunches. Fermentation in limestone tanks from a quarry near the winery. Short maceration, 6 days. After pressing, the wine is transferred to French oak casks where it completes alcoholic fermentation and undergoes malolactic fermentation.
