Grapevarietal and region: 100% Tempranillo from an extremely low yielding vineyard in Ribera del Duero, Spain.The vineyard is over 50 years old and is cultivated without irrigation or chemical fertilisers. Balanced cultivation with strict pruning in winter and green pruning in June. The yield is three times lower than vines grown on trellises, producing grapes with a quality that is three times greater.
