Taste Profile:Nearly crystal clear in the glass, this blend is very aromatic with poached pear, jasmine and gardenia on the tropical-leaning nose. More of those floral and pear flavors meet with coconut on the palate. Delicate hints of white flowers and the characteristic balsamique or resinous notes from Vermentino enhance the wine. The standout feature, however, is the incredibly intense pear fragrance, combined with the exemplary length and persistence of the wine

Wine makingProcess:Grapes were picked early to preserve acidity, then lightly pressed, with the juice settling for 3 days. The juice was then fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees (spent yeast) for 4 months. Malolactic fermentation was prevented to preserve the wines natural acidity.
