Budureasca Noble 5 is like the portrait of a royal familythat has ruled these lands for centuries. Each of its 5 grape varieties plays an integral part. Cabernet Sauvignon is the King witha commanding presence, bold tannins and just a hint of spice. Pinot Noir is the Queen witha beautiful bouquet of forest fruits and soft velvety tannins. Merlot is the eldest Prince witha well-rounded structure and charming long finish. Syrah is the youngest Prince with lively aromas of blackcurrant and black pepper. Feteasca Negra is the Princess, charismatic, soft and elegant.

Taste profile:Dark ruby in colour.The palate has anelegant structure and a fruity taste of black cherries and dried plums with fine notes of cinnamon, cloves and a minty sensation on the finish. This wine has an excellent potential for ageingand will reveal its true potential with time.

Winemaking process:Separate vinification for each variety. For efficient extraction, the must has a classical fermentation-maceration over 20 days. All the wines mature in French and Romanian oak barrels for 12 months. After this period, the winemaker selects only the best barrels and carefully crafts these 5 noble grape varieties together. It takes 3 months to make the blendso it can become a harmonious and truly noble wine.
