This latest addition exemplifies the Distillerys philosophy of Honor Tradition, Embrace Change, as it explores how hopstypically used in beer productionaffect a spirits flavor profile.

Crafted over a decade ago, Spirits Distilled from Grain and Hops is the result of Master Distiller Harlen Wheatleys curiosity about the influence of hops on whiskey. He infused two distinct hop varietiesSaaz noble hops and Zythosinto a raw distillate, allowing them to steep for 30 minutes before redistilling and aging the spirit in charred white oak barrels for over 11 years. This process imparts a unique balance of hoppy aromas and flavors, while retaining the depth of traditional whiskey characteristics.

Bottled at 90-proof, the spirit offers a vibrant nose of citrus and herbal hop notes, layered with creamy vanilla and seasoned oak. On the palate, bright lemon and orange zest mix with fresh herbal flavors and robust oak, while the finish remains clean and refreshing.
