Burnt Mill have taken a base of Munich & Vienna malts, then layered it with a mix of specialty malts to create a rich wort that was then whirlpooled with Cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermented with lager yeast and cold conditioned till we were left with a rich and smooth chocolate character.
