Taste profile:This wine is pale yellow in color with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals a complex aroma of yellow fruits, floral notes, and hints of brioche,biscuits and hazelnut, hay and seasoned tobacco.The palate is lively and refreshing with a crisp acidity and a subtle minerality. The elegant and well-balanced finish leaves a lasting impression.

Winemaking process:The wine is then aged on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, resulting in a wine of exceptional depth and complexity.
