100% Aglianico. The fruit comes from old vines in Montemarano, high in the hills of Campania.Vineyard work is done by hand, organically and a combination of great farming and low yields results in healthy, characterful fruit.

Winemaking process:Destemming of the bunches.Fermentation on skins for10 days. Ages for9 months in chestnut barrels. No fining or filtering before bottling.
