This orange-colored wine is made by treating white Pinot Grigio grapes like red wine. The grapes undergo natural fermentation with their skins for 7 days to extract flavor and color. Afterward, they are pressed and aged in barrels for a year to create a smoother, more luxurious texture. A blend with a touch of Pinot Noir Ros and Albario is bottled for a second fermentation, followed by manual disgorgement. The result is a juicy and rich sparkling wine.
