Grape Varietals & Region:100% Sangiovese from Chianti Classico in Tuscany, Italy. The vines are grown on hills with limestone, rock & clay.

Taste Profile:Intense ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is intense & persistent with blackberry & currant scent. On the palate, good structure, freshness and minerality, soft tannins with an excellent persistence

Winemaking Process:The fruit is vinified in stainless steel, and malolactic fermentation occurs on concrete tanks, before ageing for 24 months in second & third fill oak tonneaux. The wine is bottled & aged for another 12 months before release
