Taste Profile:A concentrated red wine with a garnet red tone and orange highlights, with scented aromas of ripe fruit and spices. On the palate it is meaty, rich and very elegant. A perfect balance between power and delicacy that ends with a pleasant tannic finish

Winemaking Process:The fruit is fermented with native yeasts under the cap in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. This process ends with a maceration of 10-15 days. Finally, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months and 12 months in 25 hl barrels.
