Taste Profile:On the nose it is fruity with blackberry and liquorice undertones. On the palate it is fresh, with pleasant tannins. Good body. Intense and juicy. Flavoursome acidity.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The process involves classic fermentation with cap plunges to extract the full freshness and fragrance of the grape. It does not spend any time in wood.
