Grape Varietals & Region:100% Arneis from Piedmont, Italy. Coming from the Monsordo Bernardina estate on the outskirts of Alba, it was taken over by the Ceretto family in the late 80s

Taste Profile:It is characterized by the characteristic bright straw yellow color, the intense nose of minerality, almost graphite, with hints of white flowers integrated with tropical fruits, and for that freshness on the palate that invites the next sip.

Winemaking Process:Once pressed, the must is placed in stainless steel tanks and left there to ferment with native yeasts at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and fragrances of the native Arneis variety.
