Grape Varietals & Region:A fusion of different terroirs across the Fournier estate in Valle de la Marne in Champagne, France. A blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, with 10% Pinot Noir & 10% Chardonnay.
Taste Profile:A bright Champagne with golden yellow hues, the nose reveals stone fruit, dried tropical fruit, nuts & a freshness of citrus. On the palate, it is rich, balanced with a slight oily-ness delicately balanced with nice acidity
Winemaking Process:The vintage is vinified in stainless steel with an addition of 40% reserve wine, before being aged on its own yeasts for over 48 months before the final dosage is added
