Started in 1983, the vineyard is currently run by fifth generation brothers Julien & Maxine. The vineyard has a total of 45 plots across the Vallee de la Marne, and the brothers craft authentic & elegant Champagnes that have a richness & structure to them

Grape Varietals & Region:A fusion of different terroirs across the Fournier estate in Valle de la Marne in Champagne, France. A 100% Pinot Meunier brut, made with 50% reserve wine

Taste Profile:A bright Champagne with intense salmon pink nuances. The nose reveals red fruits & delicate floral notes. On the palate it is fleshy, ample with a delicate liveliness

Winemaking Process:Vinified in stainless steel with an addition of 50% reserve wine, before being aged on its own yeasts for over 15 months before the final dosage is added
