Chateau Canon Chaigneau Lalande-De-Pomerol 2002

Grape Varietals & Region: 95% Merlot, balanced with Cabernet Franc and Malbec.The fruit comes from 2 distinct terroirs, Lalande de Pomerol and Nac.

Chteau Canon Chaigneau is located in Nac, the much more reputable higher plateau of the appellation. he fruit is planted on soils of clay, limestone & iron deposits, very similar to that of the best part of the Pomerol appellation.

Taste Profile:A very balanced, creamy-textured red with blueberry, chocolate and walnut flavours… a solid core of fruit and a flavourful finish.

Winemaking Process: Matured in New 500l French Oak Barrels
