Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly Fume. The vineyard rests on Kimmeridgian marl & terres blances, giving the wine finesse & incomparable elegance.

Taste Profile:With a bright light yellow color with a hint of pale gold, this white Pouilly Fum opens with a nose of white flowers, combining vegetal notes with citrus zest. On the palate, the attack is lively and frank, very greedy with freshness and a beautiful minerality.

Winemaking Process: Grapes are gently pressed & cold macerated. After which, the wine is aged for months on fine less until bottling.
