Grape Varietals & Region:100% Garnacha from Madrid, Spain, coming from a blend of parcels. The grapes are produced in three small vineyards aging from 50 to 90 years old, the soil is mainly granite planted at an altitude of 800-900 meters above sea level

Winemaking Process:The grapes that are produced from each vineyard are fermented separately with local yeast from the vineyards.La Bruja de Rozas undergoes an aging for 7 months in 500 litre French wooden vats.
