Grape Varietals & Region:100% Garnacha from Sierra de Cebreros in Castilla y Leon in Spain. This is the origin of Comando G Rozas, a village wine, made from old Grenache vines aged over 90 years old, planted on granitic soils and lying 900 metres above sea level

Taste Profile:On the nose, it stands out with notes of red fruits such as pomegranate and strawberry, complemented by a citrus hint reminiscent of orange peel and a delicate mineral undertone. On the palate, it is smooth, with a refreshing acidity that adds elegance and a juiciness accompanied by gentle spices. The finish is persistent, leaving a mineral impression that invites continued enjoyment

Winemaking Process:The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach optimum ripeness and are harvested respectfully using biodynamic practices. In the winery, fermentation is spontaneous using native yeasts and aging takes place in foudres, combined with concrete tanks, for 10 months. Finally, it is bottled without clarifying or filtering
