Taste Profile:A rich bouquet of mulberry, sandalwood, plum & thyme. On the palate, it has rich textures & sensual bright vibrant cherry, mulberry & chocolate. Glorious fruit concentration & purity of fruity & gritty fine tannins with a plushness to boot

Winemaking Process: Hand harvested grapes from the best blocks at certified biodynamic Mangan vineyardplanted in 1995-1997. Naturally fermented without additions the fermented skins were basket pressed and matured in 50% new biodynamic oak for 7 months.
