It is made using a blend of Chardonnay clones, carefully selected from DeLoach’s estate vineyards, which are hand-picked and fermented using native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, which add subtle layers of vanilla and toast to the wine’s ripe fruit flavors.
