Our Anniversary Ale is always evolving through the solera blending method, carefully building complexity by blending back in with each prior years Anniversary Ale. This particular iteration spent twenty months aging in Speyside Scotch barrels, lacing in robust notes of wood balanced with honey, caramel, and dark fruit character. Dentelle is a sophisticated complement to an anniversary worth celebrating twice.
