Taste Profile:An aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruits, notes of black pepper, and a slight vegetal touch typical of Cabernet Franc. On the palate, the wine is complex and structured, with well-integrated tannins that harmoniously balance with a lively acidity, promising excellent aging potential.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is hand harvested and sorted. It is destemmed and ferments spontaneously before being pressed. The wine ages & undergoes malolactic fermentation in a mixture of concrete eggs and old barrels for 9 months before bottling unfined & unfiltered
