Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Rousanne & Viognier from vineyards averaging 65 years old. Located on the northern, steeper andcooler part of the Clavin, the white grapes get very comfortables in marlstone and limestone soils

Taste Profile: Fresh bright notes, hawthhorn blossom, zippy fresh citrus notes and kept in play by just enough acidity to bring the minerality into balance

Winemaking Process:The vinification continues to be traditional and the fermentation is natural, without any addition. The priceless natural yeasts located in the pruine (berry), reveals both singularity of each terroirs and single expression for each vintage. Following a long and slow fermentation, wines are drained away & the bottling is done without fining and filtering
