Taste Profile:An aromatic white, boasting a deep yellow hue with golden highlights. On the nose, it is robust and profound, exuding citrus aromas, pineapple, and elderflower. The palate experiences a tapestry of complexity and vivacity, refined and sophisticated, with nuances of fresh timber. Exquisitely delicate with a saline finish.

Winemaking Process:The wine is fermented & aged in oak barrels of which 20% are new. The must spontaneously ferments with indigenous yeasts, and matures for 18 months in ex-Coche-Dury barrels.
