Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Carignan from Provence, France. The fruit comes from 35 and 50 year-old vines grow on clay-limestone, sandy-loam and stony soils that is located 250 meters above sea level

Taste Profile:Pale pink in color, with aromas of currants, blackcurrant buds and acacia. The palate unfolds a nice volume and a pleasant roundness on flavours of orchard fruits and ripe red fruits. The whole is balanced between richness, vivacity and greed, until the finish with a delicate iodine tension

Winemaking Process:Harvest at dawn to preserve the freshness of the grapes and avoid oxidation. Skin maceration for a few hours before pressing. Stablisation for several days. Fermentation at low temperature (12C). Racking after alcoholic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats on fine lees
