Domaine Josmeyer “Fleur de Lotus” 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: This cuve is a blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer, Muscat and a touch of Riesling from Alsace, France. A dozen small plots on alluvial and gravelly soils located on the plain around the communes of Wintzenheim and Turckheim make up this cuve.

Winemaking Process:The harvest is 100% manual. The grapes are pressed whole for approximately 6 hours in a pneumatic presses. The settling is natural. Fermentation starts spontaneously with local yeasts in century-old tuns. Fermentation and aging occurs on fine lees
