Taste Profile: Yellow with green tints. Aromatic & delicate on the nose, with aromas of stone fruit & spices. Elegant and full-bodied, with a structure of spices and pepper, this is a very fine gourmet Gewurztraminer.

Winemaking Process: Whole grapes pressed, spontaneous fermentation for 1-4 months. Aged on fine lees in century-old oak foudres or stainless steel vats
