Taste Profile:Notes of Mirabelle plums, pears, acacia flower and that walnut which is typical from Juras Savagnin. The palate is vibrant, with beautiful citrus fruit acidity, roundness and volume, and lovely bitter notes towards the end of the palate. Salivating finish

Winemaking Process: Manual Harvest. Unfiltered. Direct pressing of whole clusters and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Elevage 2 years in 400-liter barrels. Organic certified. Demeter certified
