Grape Varietals & Region:100% Chardonnay from vineyards predominantly in Puligny-Montrachet and St Aubin. The vines are planted in 1972 & 1998 on rigid plain soils.

Taste Profile: Striving for freshness, the wine opens with fresh aromas of freshly sliced citrus and Granny Smith apples. The racy and delicious flavors are not especially dense but they do offer good cut before concluding in a bone-dry and highly refreshing finish.

Winemaking Process:The fruit undergoes pneumatic pressing, followed by vinification & agin in oak barrels for 10 months before bottling
