Taste Profile: Aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus fruit and yellow flowers. On the palate its seductive, deep and vibrant. A delicious combination of the acidity of citrus notes with hints of salty minerality.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is hand harvested, followed by a gentle pressing for 4 hours, before the resulting must ferments with native yeasts. It remains on its lees to develop excellent texture, depth and quality.
