Top line – Beaujolais is made from Gamay, a lighter variety, low tannin and higher acidity, fruity and fun to drink, simple in a good way. Domaine Saint Cyr are proof we should be drinking more Beaujolais.

The largest organic producer in the region, we have 2 of 3 of their wines in this 6er. Charnay is their brea=d and butter, regional blend, Morgon and Chenas are more serious, 2 of 10 Beaujolais ‘Crus’. serious and more detailed but incredibly drinkable and delicious.
