Exceptional refreshment, balancing a soft, flavour-packed beer with a rewarding bitter finish. Generous additions of Citra and Motueka hops bring bright Lime and citrus character, while additions of coriander seed add zesty accents. A sprinkle of UK-grown Goldings hops introduce hints of subtle spiciness, emphasised by a careful blend of house yeast and Belgian-style yeast.

The finished beer is complex and fruity, reminiscent of a witbier. Store and serve chilled.
