Winemaking Process: Half of this wine comes from older vintages which have been fermented in an open top fermenter then aged in oak barrels for at least 2 years. The other half comes from the current vintage which has been fermented in stainless. With all vintages chosen being exceptional vintages, the result is strong varietal characters making them perfect for a NV blend.
