Elusive and good friends from Eastleigh’s wonderful Steamtown Brew co have a clear mutual love of New Zealand hops. Not content with that, however, they combined them with some of our British favourites. UK Cascade and Godiva were used hot side before dry hopping with fresh 25 crop NZ Cascade and Nelson Sauvin with a splash of Nelson FLOE liquid hops to finish! This one is bright and crisp with notes of gooseberry, lemon and pine sap.
