Etienne began this winery in 2010 with vines he rented from his grandparents. With these vines he wanted to focus on minimal intervention practices, which include spontaneous fermentation, low to no filtration and minimal use of pesticides if possible. 100% Chardonnay planted in the 1980s from the southeast-facing chalk rich soils of Les Rocheforts. Aged in tank and barrel and blended with a reserve wine from a perpetual cuvee dating from 2012.

Known as the white of whites, this cru delivers aromas of warm broiche, nuttiness and light citrus. On the palate it delivers flavors of citrus and green apple balanced by the minerality brought by the soils. A lovely bubbly for any occasion.
