Sourced from organically cultivated vineyards at 350500 metres elevation on clay-limestone soils in the Taburno DOCG area of Sannio, Campania. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no malolactic fermentation, to retain freshness and varietal precision.
The 2022 vintage shows a focused aromatic profile of white peach, citrus zest, green almond, and wildflowers, supported by a distinct mineral backbone. The palate is medium-bodied and textural, with vibrant acidity driving flavours of stone fruit, grapefruit, and a saline, slightly smoky finish. Structured yet crisp, this Fiano combines freshness with subtle complexity and has the capacity to develop additional nutty and honeyed nuances over 35 years of bottle ageing.
