A very accessible yet sophisticated bourbon with notes of fruit, vanilla, caramel and cream layered until slight rye spice in finish.

Ingredients:
2 partsFierce and kind Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 part Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura or Abbotts Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass, add and stir. Strain up in chilled glass.
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Whisky Soaked Cherries
