Hopped intensely with hand-selected amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned for beautifully brilliant clarity.
This recipe came together during lockdown 2020 when the brewery team had more time at the brewery than ever before. They went to work on enhancing and enriching some of their favorite styles of beer. Hop Beard is a direct and poignant example of those efforts.
