Forest Hill Vineyard Estate Riesling 2023

Forest Hill produced Great Southern’s first Riesling, and still to this day it’s one of the region’s best.

Grape Varietals & Region: Riesling sourced mainly from Block 2 of the Forest Hill estate in Mount Barker in the Great Southern of Western Australia.

Taste Profile: Bright pale straw with green hues. Lifted aromas of blossom, citrus and subtle yellow fruits. The palate is energetic and textured with citrus juice flavours

Winemaking Process: It’s mostly whole-bunch pressed, with a small amount of lees contact for added complexity.
