After searching high and low for a great value Provence Ros, we have finally found that with this Maison Fortant Ros de Provence. With that lovely salmon pink colour this Ros is ideal as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood hors doeuvres, or raw vegetables with a black olive tapenade dip. Also matches well with local dishes such as Provenal style stuffed vegetables or fish prepared with olive oil.
